Job Summary:

• As a licensed independent practitioner, you will be responsible for managing health problems and coordinating healthcare in accordance with state and federal regulations and nursing standards of care.
• Provide specialty care and services in various clinical settings, including hospitals, dialysis centers, and clinic offices.
• Assess, monitor, and document patient needs and care provided.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to develop patient care plans.

General Accountabilities:

• Perform age-appropriate history and physicals for patients with various kidney diseases.
• Order and interpret diagnostic and therapeutic tests.
• Prescribe appropriate treatment modalities.
• Implement and monitor interventions to support patient stability.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program.
• Current and active Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Licensure.
• Current and active Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• At least one year of experience as a practicing Nurse Practitioner is preferred.

Salary: Starting from $115,000.00 per yea
