Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assist healthcare providers delivering quality care to patients and manage the front desk, in a medical office or clinical setting.

Duties:

- Perform basic clinical tasks, including taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and assisting with medical procedures
- Administer basic life support and first aid when necessary
- Conduct X-rays and other diagnostic tests under the supervision of a physician
- Provide patient care with a focus on urgent care needs
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient service
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with medical administrative support

Experience:

- Prior experience in urgent care, hospital medicine, or geriatrics is preferred
- Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of medical procedures
- Ability to perform clinical duties such as taking vital signs and assisting with patient examinations
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to patient care

Pay: $19.68 - $20.27 per hour
