Front Desk Receptionist

Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in person or over the phone, in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify patient insurance information and collect necessary payments
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Assist with medical scheduling and coordinate appointments with healthcare providers
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality
- Collaborate with the medical team to provide excellent patient care

-Cover for other employees as necessary

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist in a medical or dental office preferred
- Familiarity with medical billing software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of medical terminology is beneficial

We offer competitive compensation. This is a full-time position with regular office hours, however; we can consider a part-time position. If you are a motivated individual with excellent customer service skills, we would love to hear from you.
