The position needs an employee who can multi-task, be professional, and above all-treat our patients with care and compassion. The ideal candidate will have medical reception experience which must include insurance knowledge and prior authorization experience.

Duties include:

• Working with patients
• Verifying insurance benefits/coverage
• Scheduling patient appointments
• Following HIPAA rules and regulations/medical terminology knowledge
• General office upkeep
