Key contributor to our organization's data-driven decision-making efforts. Collaborate closely with senior analysts to coordinate in the development, maintenance, and delivery of comprehensive business intelligence solutions. Provides analytical skills to empower stakeholders with valuable insights to support strategic decision-making at the enterprise level.

Provides extensive expertise in business intelligence, data analytics, and data visualization, advising and empowering stakeholders with actionable insights to support strategic decision-making at the enterprise level.

Lead Business Intelligence and Reporting Analyst

Provides comprehensive expertise in business intelligence, data analytics, and data visualization, advising and empowering stakeholders with actionable insights to support strategic decision-making at the enterprise level.

Responsibilities

Enterprise Business Intelligence and Reporting Analyst II

  • Gathers, organizes, and analyzes data from various sources to support business intelligence and reporting initiatives.
  • Contributes to design and implementation of reporting solutions, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Ensures data integrity and adherence to data quality checks to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Creates visually appealing data visualizations and interactive dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Utilizes advanced data analytics techniques to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets, guiding strategic decision-making across the organization.Improves regular and ad-hoc reports to provide key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to stakeholders.
  • Contributes and coordinates with cross-functional teams to understand their data and reporting needs and contribute to the delivery of relevant reporting solutions. Learn and utilize business intelligence tools and technologies for data analysis and reporting.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance technical and analytics skills. Coordinates end-to-end business intelligence projects, from data analysis and preprocessing to report create and data visualization. Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in business intelligence.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Oversee the design and implementation of a scalable and integrated reporting architecture, ensuring seamless data integration and accuracy in reporting.
  • Utilizes advanced data analytics techniques to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets, guiding strategic decision-making across the organization.Establishes and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in business intelligence, reporting tools, and data analytics, driving innovation within the team.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance standards and maintain data quality across the reporting environment.
  • Ensure data privacy and security compliance, adhering to ethical data collection and usage practices.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Stay at the forefront of industry best practices and emerging trends in business intelligence, reporting tools, and data analytics, driving innovation and excellence within the team.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance standards and maintain data quality across the reporting environment. Ensure data privacy and security compliance, adhering to ethical data collection and usage practices.

Qualifications

Enterprise Business Intelligence and Reporting Analyst II

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 2-3 years proven experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a portfolio of visualization projects or design work.

Technical Skills and Knowledge:

  • Intermediate knowledge of business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik), and Microsoft suite of products.
  • Experience working with Business Intelligence tools in conjunction with AzureExperience with Microsoft Power Platform preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform preferred

Sr. Business Intelligence and Reporting Analyst

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field. Demonstrated experience leading successful projects.

Technical Skills and Knowledge:

  • Advanced proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik),data visualizations, and data warehousing concepts.
  • Strong command of data analytics, reporting and data integration technologies.
  • Experience working with Business Intelligence tools in conjunction with AzureExperience with Microsoft Power Platform preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform preferred
