Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Medical Scribe.

As a Medical Scribe, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to accurately document patient encounters, ensuring comprehensive and precise medical records.

This role requires knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology, as well as proficiency in medical documentation systems. Scribe Certification is preferred.

Duties:
- Accompany healthcare professionals during patient appointments and procedures
- Document patient encounters in real-time, capturing relevant medical information
- Transcribe medical dictations and translate them into accurate written notes.
- Organize and maintain patient medical records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and complete documentation of patient care
- Stay updated on medical terminology, procedures, and guidelines to provide accurate documentation support

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Scribe and medical office or healthcare setting is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology is required
- Familiarity with medical documentation systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient computer skills and EMR Systems. PracticeFusion EMR is preferred.
