Position Description: Purpose Under direct supervision, perform various duties in support of clinical research studies in the Department of Neurosurgery. Primary Functions Knowledge - Skills - Abilities Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential. Excellent interpersonal skills required. Strong problem solving and attentiveness to detail required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced work environment. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Knowledge of computers, clerical procedures, customer service standards, and information management.
