Job Summary and Qualifications

Assists in managing the daily operations of the Rehabilitation Therapy Department to achieve department goals. Supervises employees, assists with schedules, technical procedures, quality assurance, staff development/education, and regulatory agency compliance.

• Provide high quality rehabilitation therapy
• Oversees daily operations and staffing
• Maintains records and documentation
• Delivers Customer Focused Care
• Provides orientation and education

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support
• Texas Physical Therapy License
• Licensed Physical Therapy
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy / higher degree preferred
• 5 years of clinical experience preferred
• 3 years of supervisory experience preferred
