Job Summary and Qualifications

Responsible for assisting the Administrative Director of Quality Services with tasks and activities related to the facility’s performance improvement, medical staff peer review and risk management programs. Activities/functions include managing data, compiling reports, conducting facility investigations, assisting with pertinent education activities, facilitating JCAHO survey activities, and participating and/or facilitating performance improvement committees, teams, task forces.

What you will do in this role:

• Responsible for facilitating hospital-wide performance improvement and medical staff peer review activities
• Prepares and presents data to hospital and medical staff
• Facilitates corrective action to trends identified in data
• Maintains accurate statistics, files, and databases
• Receives and complies reports related to risk and quality management: aggregate data, summaries, trending analyses. Demonstrates proficiency in reporting requirements related to responsibility
• Able to perform administrative and general clerical duties as assigned

What qualifications you will need:

• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle stressful environment and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Computer skills that includes Microsoft Office, Word/Excel/Powerpoint.
