Job Summary and Qualifications

The Surgery Supervisor RN provides leadership for service staff ensuring the quality and integrity of care delivered. Develops plan of care for service based upon RN assessment/re-assessment. Is responsible for fiscal and human resource allocation based upon guidelines. The Operating Room provides an exciting opportunity for RN's who are flexible, energetic, and love to work as a team. What you will do in this role:

• Must have expertise in the specific specialty providing leadership/management skills
• Must have working knowledge of overall OR service to add organizational value
• Full-Time Nights - 10 hr shifts

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support
• Registered Nurse
• BSN Required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt, or PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
• CNOR Preferred
• Minimum 2 years RN experience in Surgical Services
