Description

The B2B Business Process Analyst (BPA) works closely with B2B sales and sales operations, IT, and administration in creating and institutionalizing the operational processes and procedures of the B2B division. The BPA will develop recommendations and implement changes for the B2B team to enhance the division’s overall efficiencies.

Process Analysis– Identify, analyze, create, and continuously monitor and alter business rules, processes, and standard operating procedures for the B2B division. Evaluating divisional needs, develop and institute internal workflows and business processes. The role will need to interpret complex process flows, data, industry standards, and business metrics to create processes to then relay to relevant stakeholders.

Process Implementation – Strategic planning and execution of key cross-department process improvements created by leadership. Standardize business practices by documenting business procedures, conducting process improvement events, creating process flows, suggesting business rules, and working with departments to implement changes through SOPs, training, and communication.

Process Planning & Documentation – Being provided operational process objectives by Operations leadership team, the Operations Business Process Analyst needs to understand the changes by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and assist with planning for execution.

Communication & Training – Create and implement precise communication strategies for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels. Requests may include developing messaging of new announcements, creating timeline charts, providing and documenting instruction and training on new processes, and providing feedback on calls for new operational system development.
