Full Job Description
We are a home-based care company that has provided support services to developmentally disabled and other members of our community and their family members. We provide respite, coaching, assistance with daily living and companion services to our patients and members.
This is a full-time position. This role will also be involved in case management duties. The right candidate will be considered for regional director position with commensurate increased compensation and responsibilities. Will report directly to owners and executive team and will have the ability to participate in bonus program and other long term incentive program with expanded responsibilities including in other territories. This position assists with attaining new clients, assisting case managers/support coordinators with staff logs, SLC paperwork and stipend packets for clients, as well as managing client cases directly and maintaining strong relationships with them. Also requires working with our Caregivers to properly staff cases, scheduling, documenting cases, training updates, interviewing and onboarding. Also responsible
for writing checks for rent/bills for live-in cases, preparing spreadsheets for payroll, sending invoices and reviewing notes and submitted hours.

Job Requirements
Must be highly organized and possess strong multitasking skills.

executive team.
Ability to listen and communicate clearly, fluently and diplomatically orally and in writing.
Ability to remain flexible, resilient, calm and maintain a sense of humor; and present a

Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, delegate and accurately follow through in work activities with
time constraints and interruptions to meet deadlines, as well as, work independently with a
minimum amount of direction and/or supervision.
Ability to generate goodwill for the Agency with staff, clients, their family members and referral
sources. Demonstrate a strong commitment to client service excellence.
Home care experience is a plus but not required
Ability to lawfully work in the U.S.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
