Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled Bid Coordinator with a minimum of 2 plus years’ experience in the Construction Industry within the Estimating or Bid preparation department. This individual will act as a central point of contact on proposals and bids while monitoring proposal content to ensure compliance. Will work under senior Estimator and follow up and follow through with Suppliers and Subcontractors while making the deadlines necessary to submit bids timely.

Requirements:

• 2 plus years experience in Construction Industry.

• Proven computer skills, attention to detail.

• Excellent writing, grammar, and spelling ability.

• Ability to work in a deadline-conscious, results-driven environment.

• Basic knowledge in Construction processes.

• Assist the Project Management team with administering RFP's.

• Basic plan reading skills a plus.

• Strong aptitude for improving organization, flow, readability, completeness, and clarity of proposals.
