Description
SUMMARY :
The WMS Manager will be responsible for raising the awareness of the Costco Auto Program at Costco Warehouses domestically and internationally.
This role is responsible for building relationships in their assigned territories through a combination of virtual / onsite meetings.
The WMS Manager works independently using organizational and sales skills to educate key management on program events, updates, and market trends.
Qualified candidates must currently reside in the Central to Eastern region of the United States

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS :
A four-year college or university degree, or minimum of three (3) years of related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent communication and presentation skills including and not limited to onsite / virtual meetingsAble to independently plan and successfully travel 26 weeks per year (this includes overnight travel)May be required to travel Mon-Friday, 2 weeks out of each monthAbility to successfully navigate virtual meetings and technologyAbility to actively listen and overcome client objections or concernsAbility to communicate effectively on multiple levelsAbility to seek out opportunities to increase program awarenessFriendly demeanor, positive attitude, and professional appearanceExcellent organizational skills through providing plan of actions for warehouse support initiatives, connections, and meetingsProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams, etc.
Excellent follow-up skills, detail-oriented, and efficientExcellent time management to adjust to business needsAble to present content in a confident, logical, and organized mannerExcellent grammar and professional writingIs flexible and works well in a team environment or independentlySelf-motivated, must be able to work independently with minimal supervisionAble to successfully plan long term and execute smaller goals to achieve the long-term goal(s)Display strong organizational skills while independently scheduling and traveling throughout the country and internationally to manage current or new warehouse relationshipsContinually strives to improve skills and knowledgeMust currently reside in the Central or Eastern region of the United States.Lifting (up to 50lbs)
