the go-to training company for MSPs, is seeking a Marketing Traffic Coordinator to join our dynamic team. If you can juggle deadlines and charm colleagues like a diplomat, this role might be your perfect fit!

Responsibilities :

Coordinate project workflows and timelines, ensuring tasks are assigned, tracked, and completed according to schedule.

Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, facilitating communication and collaboration to meet project objectives.

Manage project resources, including personnel and materials, to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Maintain project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.

Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or roadblocks, proactively implementing solutions to keep projects on track.

Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure assets are developed and delivered according to project requirements.

Assist in quality assurance processes to ensure marketing materials meet brand standards and objectives.

Continuously evaluate and refine project management processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Proven experience (1-3 years) in project management or traffic coordination, preferably in a marketing or creative agency environment.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Proficiency in project management tools and software

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Self-motivated and proactive, with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive projects forward.

Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and processes is a plus.

Working Conditions :

This position will primarily work in an office setting during regular business hours.

Occasional flexibility may be required to accommodate project deadlines or special events.
