Description
Assists Service Manager, writes repair orders; maintains customer rapport and records. Coordinates with Service Manager on job assignments to service technicians and communicates job status to customers.
Manage technician time clock for accurate reporting of time on repair orders.Open repair orders as needed for both internal and external customers.
Assists Service Manager with customer request for service, both on the phone and in person.Assists Service Manager with warranty expirations.
Assists Service Manager with the timely completion of all product improvement programs.Assists in maintaining customer equipment lists for accuracy.
Service Advisor and / or dealership experience preferred.Equipment operational knowledge preferred.Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Positive attitude, good work ethic and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
