Service Writer

Job Duties :
- Answer customer questions, and service phone calls.
- Create, maintain, and build repair orders.
- File warranty claims.
- Schedule appointments.
- Review repairs with customers.
- Track parts, take part orders, and monitor repair order progress.
- Calculate charges, and process, payments.
- Work with insurance companies.
- Enter customer and vehicle information into internal database.
Pay : $20 / HR
Shift : 1 st ; Monday - Friday (Rotating Saturday)
Hours : 9am - 5 : 30pm (Sat 9am - 1 : 00pm)
