Coordinates units and equipment requiring service and repair by interacting directly with customer drivers and operators.

Communicates using city FMIS and also verbal / written communication to relay vehicle and equipment needs to shop and city personnel.

Greets customer drivers and operators in a professional and friendly manner.Record service information accurately into Excel spreadsheets and distributes to company and City Department headsPerforms other administrative duties as required by the Site Manager or Asst.

Site ManagerMust have the ability / skills to answer phones and coordinate outside vendor activityAbility to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidanceAbility to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrityExcellent organizational and people skillsExcellent communication skills written, verbal and listeningAcceptable driving record and pass drug test and background check
