Marketing & Sales Specialist Responsibilities :

Provide top-notch customer service and sales support during in-store interactions where you are marketing and promoting home improvement servicesMaintain high levels of compliance by adhering to both retail and client practicesCommunicate with marketing and sales team to best address customer needs and monitor campaign performanceAttend marketing and sales training sessions offered by client and our own teamStay up-to-date on latest home improvement trends and demonstrate creative thinking to create innovative marketing campaignsThink on your feet and confidently problem-solve, overturn objections and answer customer questions in a professional and friendly mannerMarketing & Sales Specialist Requirements :

Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration degree preferredPassionate and driven about telling a brand story and enhancing marketabilitySelf-starter attitude with ability to problem solve / adjust approach as neededRetail, Sales, Marketing, or Branding background preferred but not requiredConfident interacting with customers and promoting brand awareness in a retail environmentFull time schedule with allowance for flexibility if neededExcellent communication and collaboration skills
