Candidate should have experience with facilitating the flow of orders and materials between vendors, warehouse and customers.

Essential Job Duties : Expediting work orders from order entry through all manufacturing operations to shipmentParticipating in planning / production control meetings to provide updates and status of work flowEmphasizing a proactive, systematic and standardized approach to detect and avert delays to the contractual delivery dates stated within the purchase orderProviding detailed updates to all stakeholders on the status of work flowServing as focal point for the communication, maintenance and update of supplier delivery commitments noted in the contract / purchase order as negotiated by the BuyerProviding timely information and support to Planning / Production Control, Operations, Quality, and ShippingPerforming shop visits as necessary for actual status and progress and issue expediting reports to stakeholdersFulfilling any additional responsibilities and misc.
