IntroductionStokes Hodges Auto Group is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Vehicle Photographer / Merchandiser to join our dynamic team.

As the visual storyteller of our automotive inventory, you will play a crucial role in capturing the essence and beauty of our vehicles, providing high-quality images that showcase our inventory in its best light, reflecting our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities- Capture high-quality images of vehicles for online listings, promotional materials, and company records.

• Upload the pictures into our inventory management tool to display to our websites and third-party listing sites.- Maintain a current portfolio of all vehicles photographed, ensuring accurate representation and inventory tracking.
• Coordinate with sales and inventory teams to schedule photo shoots for new and used vehicles.- Ensure consistent photographic quality and style across all images, adhering to company branding guidelines.
• Edit and retouch photos for clarity, color correctness, and optimal presentation.- Manage and organize photo files, including naming conventions, backups, and archives.
• Provide creative input for staging vehicles and selecting optimal backgrounds and settings.- Collaborate with marketing team to support campaigns and promotions with photographic content.
• Ensure timely delivery of photos for online publication and marketing deadlines.- Adhere to safety protocols while working in and around vehicles and dealership property.
• Assist in the creation of virtual vehicle tours or 360-degree images, if applicable.Requirements :

Job Requirements- Proven experience as a professional photographer or a strong portfolio showcasing automotive photography skills- Proficiency with traditional and modern photography equipment, including lighting, and editing software (e.

g., Photoshop, Lightroom)- Excellent eye for detail to capture the best images of vehicles- Ability to shoot in various environments and adjust for lighting and weather conditions- Strong understanding of composition, framing, and photographic techniques specific to vehicle photography- Experience with staging vehicles for photographs to highlight their features and aesthetics- Ability to follow a shot list and meet specific creative direction or branding requirements- Capable of handling and transporting photography equipment safely and efficiently- Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines- Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and subjects- Basic photo editing skills to retouch and resize photos in accordance with client specifications- Willingness to stay current with industry trends and new photography technologies- Physical stamina to work in various positions and locations, as well as lift and carry photography equipment- Valid driver's license and clean MVR with the ability to travel to different shooting locations- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, or holidays as required by shooting schedules- High school diploma or equivalent;
