SUMMARY : The primary responsibility of the Pantry Expeditor will be communicating between and among the various cooking areas to ensure coordination and a smooth flow of quality products being produced and assembled so that severs may deliver consistent high quality meal orders to our guests in a timely manner.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Garnish cooked food items with appropriate garnishes* Communicate with Executive Chef on all problems, complaints and discrepancies* Maintain a positive attitude and relationship with all employees and guest* Special projects and assignments as business dictates

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position has no supervisory responsibilities

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in a high volume / high quality operation preferred* Knowledge of food service and table standards preferred* Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance* Effective communication skills, oral and written* Organized and attentive to detail* Ability to deal well with change and handle multiple tasks effectively* Flexible to adapt and sensibly respond to the situation at hand* Ability to work as a team member in a diverse environment* Ability to work nights, weekends and Holidays* Present and maintain a positive attitude at all times
