POSITION SUMMARYEnergy New England is seeking a highly motivated, Outreach & Marketing Specialist to join our team.Responsible for designing and implementing electric vehicle (EV) awareness programs and supportingcustomer engagement for Home Energy Assessment programs in designated communities.

Leadsoutreach activities, coordinates EV events, promotes a concierge EV support service, and executescommunity-based marketing efforts to encourage the adoption of electric and alternative fuelvehicles.

Drive social media communications, develop customer-facing communications, and createtargeted marketing campaigns for EV & Home Energy Assessment programs.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIESThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following : Complete various grass-roots marketing, education, and outreach tasks as requiredAuthor and / or upload monthly blogs for program websites and upon client requestCreate education / marketing tools, handouts, and materials, adapted to local markets,including :

Monthly and quarterly e-newslettersActivity booklets and other educational materials

e., event attendance,volume of collateral distributed, number of quality conversations had)Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, organizations, and key participants to amplifyoutreach efforts and achieve shared goalsEV Specialist Support : Respond to customer support requests submitted via the EV support service within 2 business daysProvide additional operations support as neededPrepare and submit monthly EV awareness program reportsMaintain customer, dealership, and partnership records using the CRM systemResearch, data analysis, and reporting on various aspects of the EV programPerform other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies, Communications, Marketing, Engineering, or asimilar technology-related discipline1 year experience preferred, but recent college graduates are also consideredElectric Vehicle Owner or enthusiast (preferred)Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a teamExceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet deadlinesOutstanding interpersonal skills, displaying patience, humor, and helpfulnessAbility to handle multiple projects, changing priorities, complex assignments, and deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience in Microsoft Office;
