This is a full-time, benefitted position. The hours are typically Monday Friday with flexible hours as needed to meet with physicians and other referral sources and host physician and community events.
This position is remote but based in the greater Washington, DC area. Our Business Office and home base is located in Fairfax, VA.
Who you are :
As an Marketing & Outreach Representative for the Fairfax Vascular Center, you excel at managing and expanding physician and community referral relationships for the purpose of driving growth.
You understand the needs of our referring physicians, what procedures we offer and how to communicate on all levels.
What you’ll do :
Develop a marketing plan to drive referral business to FRC’s outpatient Vascular Center
Implement that plan to drive revenue growth.
Manage a portfolio of referring physician offices and create a territory growth plan that meets or exceeds established new referral goals.
Monitor and analyze referral patterns by physician; identify low referring practices as well as practices with a significant positive or negative referral trend, and schedule appointments with the office managers / physicians and recommend adaptive strategies;
identify non-referring practices to target for new referrals.
Develop campaigns to promote new services and techniques as well as enhance community relations within the target territory.
Use the CRM database to manage relationships and track physician interaction and outcomes.
Organize work to effectively balance inside demands (tracking, follow-through, appointment scheduling, internal meetings) and outside demands (appointments, prospecting, service follow-through).
What you’ll bring :
2 years’ experience selling professional medical services (with focus on driving referrals) is highly preferred
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar field required, or combination of education and experience would be considered.
Experience using a CRM
High level of competence with Microsoft Office Suite
Must have exceptional communication skills (both written and oral), active listener, extremely articulate and an effective writer.
Must have efficient and reliable transportation throughout the workday. If driving, must have a current driver’s license and automobile insurance.
Must be able to work full-time with flexible hours as needed to meet with physician and other referral sources and host physician and community events.
