As we continue to grow, we seek a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing department and contribute to building our mission of redefining industry standards.

The Marketing Coordinator will be pivotal in executing our marketing strategies, enhancing brand visibility, and driving business growth.

This position is ideal for a highly motivated and creative professional with 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably within the insurance industry.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a proactive attitude, exceptional communication skills, and a knack for detailed organization.

This is a full time, remote position.

Primary Job Responsibilities : Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.Coordinate marketing activities and events, ensuring timely execution and alignment with our brand's objectives.

Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content that reflects our brand's voice and reaches target audiences effectively.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, providing actionable insights.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce marketing materials and promotional content.

Oversee the company's website and digital marketing efforts - including SEO, internal email campaigns, and internal communications platform.

Analyze campaign performance and generate reports on key metrics to inform future marketing decisions.Support the marketing department in administrative tasks and project management, ensuring smooth operation and coordination.Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.3-5 years of relevant marketing experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the insurance industry.

Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels and techniques.Proficient in social media management, content creation, and digital analytics tools.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences.Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Creative thinker with a results-driven approach to problem-solving.Team player who can work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environment.WHY PATRIOT?

Salary Range : $60,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

A wide salary range is posted for this position and any job offer is based upon a salary analysis to comply with the required state pay transparency law.

The salary analysis considers relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work.

There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
