As a Coordinator for Experiential Marketing, you will play a vital role in supporting our Senior Manager in crafting compelling creative decks, coordinating and executing memorable events, and ensuring seamless operations for various initiatives within the company.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic intersection of creative strategy, event planning, and influencer marketing within the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities : Assist in Creative Deck Development & Special Projects : Collaborate with the Senior Manager to create visually captivating and persuasive presentation decks for internal stakeholders and external partners.

Conduct research to gather insights and trends relevant to the beauty industry to inform creative strategies. Funneling all ideas from Brand's Founder and Team in an organized creative presentation.

Work with Senior Manager to create pr box, inserts, and other related Influencer related items for production team.Event Coordination and Planning : Support the planning and execution of experiential events, including product launches, influencer gatherings, and brand activations.

Assist in venue sourcing, vendor management, and logistics coordination to ensure events run smoothly and align with brand objectives.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all event elements are aligned with the brand's vision and messaging.Integrated Marketing / Influencer Support : Support Senior Manager when working as a partnership with the Integrated / Influencer team with influencers and brand ambassadors, coordination of collaborations and insights for any events.

Monitor social media channels and trends to identify potential influencer partnerships and engagement opportunities. As this will be vital in creating personal brand trips for individual.

Administrative Support : Act as a runner and source for supplies, materials, and equipment needed for events and day-to- day operations.

Assist in inventory management, including ordering and restocking products and event supplies.Provide general administrative support to the Senior Manager, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, paperwork, and managing correspondence.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeSuite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop) is a big plus.

Knowledge of team production coordination and onsite / onset etiquette is a must.Passion for the beauty industry and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced, creative environment.
