PrimeCARE Marketing Coordinator Job Description
The Marketing Coordinator is expected to work as an integral part of the PrimeCARE team, helping to provide administrative aid focused on building and promoting PrimeCARE's services in conjunction with its vision.
Responsibilities
Job-Specific DutiesMaintain correspondence with the general public in regard to public relations
Take photographs, videos, create posters, handouts, printable content, billboards, etcCommunicate with PrimeCARE leadership amongst clinics to align goals, schedule eventsOrganize and set up PrimeCARE marketing events throughout the communityManagement of marketing associated vendorsOversee digital media platforms including PrimeCARE's website and social media accountsCreate comprehensive marking campaigns directed towards promoting PrimeCARE's servicesMaintain a positive relationship with PrimeCARE partner clinicsManage patient satisfaction survey processes and respond to requests in a timely mannerGarner feedback and ideas to better the patient experience at PrimeCAREWork with clinic staff to create patient educational materialsAbide by strict HIPAA regulations when in the clinicManage marketing budget appropriately (if applicable)

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent2 years' experience in marketing related roleExcellent customer service skillsOutstanding communication skillsAbility to read, write, and speak English according to proper grammar rulesPatience, sound judgment, and discretion in dealing with confidential informationOrganization and multitasking skillsExperience with computer data entryWorking hours / schedule requirements
Clinic Hours : 8 AM - 5 PM Monday - Friday
PT : Work up to a
maximum
of 30 hours per week.Occasional travel may be required
Preferred :
Knowledge of EHR systemsExperience in a clinic / hospital setting or similar positionKnowledge of medical terminology, regulations, and medical office proceduresKnowledge / Experience in photography and videographyKnowledge / Experience in design platforms / software (Microsoft Publisher, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, etc)Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Employees in this position will report to the department Manager. Supervision is minimal to moderate and employees are expected to help each other comply with policies and procedures.
