The role will be based out of Lansing, Auburn Hills, or Grand Rapids with some time spent at our Lansing headquarters. The position has options for hybrid work.

Your Responsibilities :

Assist and coordinate the development of proposals, ensuring they reflect our commitment to quality.

Ensure conformity to Clark’s brand and standards of quality in proposals and presentations.

Transform complex data into engaging visual aids, making it easier for clients and management to understand.

Maintain project data, generate insightful reports, and support the creation of resumes, project profiles, and lists.

Keep our marketing CRM up-to-date to support developing resumes, project profiles, and project lists.

Help organize internal events, from the annual meeting to company picnics and holiday parties.

Assist with client-oriented special events, providing promotional items as needed.

Be the go-to person for sending marketing support materials, including letters, packages, and brochures.

Coordinate Clark's participation in trade shows and promotional events, managing materials and promotional items.

Provide crucial administrative support to the company while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.

Qualifications We're Looking For :

A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.

At least two years of experience in graphic design, content management, creative writing, and advertising concepts.

Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and research skills.

The ability to understand competitor strategies and consumer behavior.

Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

Proficiency in gathering and translating data into meaningful reports.

Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

The ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

A creative mindset paired with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
