Job Description

Onsite 3 days a week in Brentwood, TN (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays)

Day to Day : This person will be responsible for writing creative briefs, handling follow ups, answering buyers questions, attending meetings and taking notes / reporting back on notes, coordinate photo shoots, etc.

This person will be an interactive member of the team and this is not a behind the desk job. They should be well spoken, and organized.

Other "Day to Day" tasks are listed below :

Help coordinate tasks daily with internal departments & 3rd parties to ensure flawless execution of National Marketing Events, PR Initiatives and Programs not related to specific product categories

Coordinate and implement "marketing request forms," coupon set-up, insertion orders, invoices, kitting lists, etc. for a variety of marketing projects on an ongoing basis

Compile and manage project timelines and task lists

Proofread marketing and presentation materials for messaging and accuracy

May perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Marketing experience
• Bachelor's degree, prefer 1-3 years' work experience in project management of marketing programs, preferably in a retail marketing environment
• Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered
• Demonstrate effective project management, organization, communication and multi-tasking skills
• Outstanding attention to detail, timelines and deadlines
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple internal and external partners
• Ability to effectively communicate, interact, and build relationships to support store network.
• Demonstrated skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word Experience with Asana

Experience in Tableau

Any Campaign Marketing experience

Adobe experience null
