LOCATION : La QuintaHOURS PER WEEK : 20HOURLY RATE OF PAY : $16.00The Library Associate 2 is the entry level position in the Library Associate job family.

Under direction from management, the Library Associate 2 performs a variety of moderately complex technical and paraprofessional duties in support of various sections / functions of the library;

S. Diploma or GED Basic computer literacy Outstanding organizational skills Ability to work independently and efficiently Attention to detail and good problem-solving ability Exceptional interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Drive and other similar software programs Bilingual (English / Spanish) speaking preferred Must be able to work Sundays as well as a combination of days, evenings and weekendsPhysical Requirements : Must be able to frequently move from place to place within the location File and retrieve books and other items on high shelves Lift, push / pull, hold / carry items weighing up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 35 pounds of heavy boxes, books, and equipment;
