Simple tasks such as answering the phone, adjusting lighting, or welcoming guests can become challenging without external assistance.

To promote maximum independence in the least restrictive way possible, MobilityWorks has developed a comprehensive home access product line, offering a wide array of solutions for home accessibility.

Here's what you'll be accomplishing in this role : Performing mechanical and electrical installations and maintenance of adaptive equipment, including Stair Lifts, Patient Lifts, Scooter transports, Ceiling Lifts, Power Wheelchairs / Scooters, and other Mobility & Accessibility Equipment.

Maintaining and repairing previously installed equipment and adaptations. Conducting thorough testing to ensure the quality of installations and repairs.

Identifying and troubleshooting issues with equipment and adaptations. Following written service orders accurately to complete tasks.

Must have a valid Drivers License Must pass a background search Experience in installing and servicing stairlifts, vertical platform lifts, ramps, and ceiling lifts.

Possession of a valid driver's license and insurability for the use of company vehicles. Strong electrical and wiring skills, including low-voltage electrical experience.

Ability to read blueprints and schematics. Background in garage doors, HVAC, or construction is a plus. General construction experience is required.

Proficiency in computer skills, including the use of Salesforce and manufacturer applications. Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, depending on the job requirements. What We Offer You : Work / Life Balance : Our hours of operation are 8-5, Monday to Friday, with no late nights or weekends.
