We are currently seeking a

Graphics Customer Service Specialist

for our Sugar Land, Texas facility. We are looking for someone to maintain positive customer relations through active engagement with the customer through all stages of the manufacturing process from initial contact through final disposition of the customers' product.

This is a challenging customer service-oriented role in a fast-paced team environment. We are seeking driven, creative individuals who are looking to be a part of a fast-growing Company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Communicate clearly and concisely with customers, sales, color Separators, and designers.
• Update graphic order sheets (GOS) used for internal and external customers.
• Separate art provided by customers and submit proof and PDF to customers for approval.
• Manage customer requests, including changes to art.
• Perform incoming graphic file inspections.
• Read and understand production order material and finished product requirements.
• Understand the product flow through production departments.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

• Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
• Experience in graphic design or a related field strongly preferred.
• Have an understanding of artwork and Flexo Printing
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Detailed-oriented with a high level of organization.
• Ability to multi-task on several projects at any given time
• Design software experience (Adobe CC, Photoshop, Art Pro, among others) a plus
• Separation software experience (Esko, Art Pro, Art Pro Plus, Pilot, among others) a plus
• Microsoft Office experience (Access, Excel, and Microsoft Word) a plus
• Ability to use both Mac / PC

Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
