NJ Team Dental Center is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Dental Receptionist to join our dynamic team.

This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to providing exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities :

  • Efficiently handle front office tasks including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and greeting patients.
  • Experience in posting payments and managing billing processes for both dental and medical insurance.
  • Skilled in sending out dental pre-authorizations and familiar with insurance verification processes.
  • Maintain patient records with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Requirements :
  • Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role within a dental office environment.
  • Strong understanding of dental billing, insurance processes, and payment posting.
  • Proficient in dental office software Dentrix Work Schedule :
  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday : 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM
