Digital Media CoordinatorFull time ContractAs a

Digital Media Coordinator,

you will : Support a wide range of digital service offerings for company's digital inventory. This position is responsible for the charting role in the digital workflow of maintaining the scheduling of new and existing contracts and scheduling details of advertising content on digital displays.

This position will work closely with our Inventory Management System and Digital Posting teams to ensure advertising copy has been submitted and posted on time and in the correct locations to meet our client's expectations.

Review and update the scheduling and posting of digital ad inventory in the Inventory Management SystemVerify content posting by monitoring camera feeds, provide proof of performance for LED digital advertising media as requested.

Weekly updates with management to gather posting information and any billing issues.Work closely with our digital department to communicate any changes or issues with digital advertisements.

Assist in other projects as assigned by management and performs other related duties as required.Ability to analyze campaign performance and make recommendations that positively impact the organization.

Understanding the operations of organization's digital transit and digital networksUnderstanding digital media solutions (video, audio, mobile, broadband) to assist clients in achieving specific goals and objectives.

Manage the integration of mobile platform into client campaigns.Managing the scheduling and posting of digital ad inventory

Strong analytical / problem solving skills and ability to organize digital assets.Enjoyment of, and capacity for, repetitive tasks such as data entryStrong skills in Microsoft Office and ability to organize heavy email traffic.

Strong Microsoft Excel skills, with ability to adapt to growing digital inventory.Ability to adapt to multiple tasks associated with a fast-paced advertising environment.

$22-$25 per hour*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
