Description : MF PMO is seeking a Marketing / Communications Specialist IV to develop core messaging to ensure organizational consistency and advance stakeholder progression to drive awareness, advocacy and adoption of business objectives.

Job Responsibilities : A Marketing / Communications Specialist is responsible for the effective delivery of information and corporate communications to employees and stakeholders. This includes :

  • Manage the delivery of information and corporate communications to key stakeholders.
  • Utilize a wide variety of channels to deliver content (blogs, executive briefings, video blogs, articles, talking points etc.

to communicate business goals.

  • Established relationships throughout company to help provide stakeholders with most effective solutions to business needs.
  • Organize major events and PI Planning.
  • Develop and maintain a proactive and effective corporate internal communications strategy and process for key deliverables such as divisional accomplishments and enterprise decks.
  • Draft and edit written communications.
  • Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of activities.
  • Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to stakeholders.
  • Managing the document library.

Skills :

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to work independently and time management.
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills is a must.
  • Mortgage industry experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Agile Methodology is a plus.
  • Education / Experience : Bachelor's degree.
