Training for this opportunity is being conducted in our office for approximately 60-90 days. Following the onsite training, there could be an opportunity to move to a hybrid schedule that includes both remote and in-office days.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for responding to incoming calls and emails, processing advertising orders, formatting, proofreading, processing legal and obituary notices, providing product information, and resolving any customer inquiries or concerns. We are seeking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at multitasking, and are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
