MedFusion is an Infectious Disease, Internal Medicine and Infusion clinic who is looking to hire an experienced medical billing and coding reimbursement specialist. Billers and coders are tasked with coding a patient's encounter with the purpose of submitting accurate, clean claims to the insurance as efficiently as possible. The responsibilities for this position include reviewing encounters and assigning standard codes using CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS Level I & II classification systems, submitting claims to insurance, reviewing and posting EOB's, working denials / aged accounts and sending patient statements. Flexible working hours and an excellent opportunity to learn and grow. Certification is preferred but not required with sufficient experience. Hours are Monday - Thursday 8:30 - 5:00 with a 1 hour lunch and Friday 8:30 - Noon, closed weekends and Federal holidays. This position is not eligible for remote work.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
