Position Summary & Responsibilities
We are looking for talented web developers to spearhead our cloud development process. The primary role for the position of Application Developer is to work in our development team and assist in maintaining our existing cloud-based solutions as well as assist in creation of our future product versions. The applicant will work with other developers, our internal support staff, and on occasions work with our clients to resolve/troubleshoot issues. They will be involved with strategic meetings that discuss future development on existing products and new products.
Responsibilities:
- Application Development based on defined sprint items by Product Management
- Use JIRA to track sprint/lifecycle of development schedule
- Work with MedEvolve Support team (and Development staff) on client support issues
- Troubleshoot issues and work through bugs via HubSpot
- Assist in maintaining the movement of data through the cloud
- Participate in regularly scheduled sprint meetings and other meetings as needed
- Work with Development team to carry out regular security and performance checks
- Remain current on technology trends to keep our software as innovative as possible
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field
- 1-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Experience with object-oriented programming/core programming principles
- Experience with web APIs
- Experience with SQL Server is a plus
- Experience with web development languages and tools such as HTML, Javascript, JQuery and CSS a plus
- Experience with git and git-based source control solutions a plus
- Experience with ASP.NET and MVC a plus
- Knowledge of medical billing/RCM services a plus
- Knowledge of SCRUM/Sprints a plus
- Knowledge of JIRA a plus
- Knowledge of Azure web services a plus
- Knowledge of Azure Data Factory or other ETL solutions a plus
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work in team and solo projects
- Ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems
- Ability to deal with a number of tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
