Job Summary

We are seeking an Entry-Level Operator to assist in the production of precision components. The ideal candidate will have experience with microscopes and demonstrate the potential to be trained to work with small parts. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Inspect and measure parts using microscopes and other precision measurement tools.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to production schedules.
• Assist in the assembly and packaging of components as needed.
• Identify and report any issues or defects in products or equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with microscopes preferred.
• Ability to work with small parts and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and be trained on new tasks and procedures.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.

Salary Range:

The hourly rate for this role is negotiable within the range of $18 to $22, depending on qualifications and skills.
