Position: Sterile Processing Tech (SPT)

Location: Everett, WA 98201

Shift:

• Day 5x8-Hour (06:00 - 14:30)
• Evening 5x8-Hour (14:00 - 22:30)

Contract: 13 Weeks with possible extensions

Job Details:

• Daily Caseload per tech: 65 Surgical Cases; 1200 Tray Volume
• Weekend REQ: Yes
• Will this traveler need to float between like units? No
• Is on-call required? Yes twice per month; rotating weekends
• Open to accommodating block schedule? No; case-by-case possibly considered during contract but depends on core staff.
• Locals Accepted: No

Additional Information:

• Inpatient, outpatient, and trauma setting experience required.
• Sterilization, decontamination, assembly/wrap, case cart, HLD, and scrub experience required.
• Candidate should have experience in surgery cases such as Ortho, Urology, Endo/Laparoscopic, Vascular, Thoracic, Neuro, Gyn, Bariatrics, Plastics, Podiarty, ENT, Transplant, Robotics, and Implants. Opthalmology preferred.

Requirements:

• 2 years of Sterile Processing Tech (SPT) Experience
• CBSPD or IAHCSMM Certification
• BLS Certification

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Travel nursing

Pay: $34.00 - $35.00 per hour
