Contract Duration: 10-Month Contract-to-Hire

You Will:

• Customize Everbridge applications and facilitate rollout of new applications and modules and configure Application UI and Configure Workflow
• Collaborate effectively with other technology team to develop solutions and handle vendor releases/maintenace and configuration changes/requests
• Collaborate effectively with other Everbridge administrators to develop solutions and handle general updates and configuration changes/requests
• Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions
• Ensure tool configuration consistency across development, stage, testing, sandbox, and production environments
• Participate in ongoing production support and end user support on the Everbridge applications and other applications.
• Collaboration with technology and key partner teams to analyze and understand requirements, then transforming the requirements into a valid solution
• Will work closely with business and IT teams to gather input to support ongoing business needs for Everbridge configuration, implementation and support.
• Responsible for the monitoring and supporting Everbridge Applications integration to other applications and platforms.
• Provide timely Tier II/III application support for both new and existing applications and workflows
• Designs, develops, documents, tests and debugs Enterprise Business Applications.

You Need:

• Bachelor’s in Computer related field with 1 or more years of experience.
• Knowledge of Cloud Application architect
• Cloud Application Security and Integration experience is plus
• Everbridge experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate with end users in order to gather requirements or troubleshoot problems.

Pay: $37.00 - $40.00 per year
