Medallion Management, Inc. Is looking to hire a full-time Resident Manager employee for a development in Cassopolis, MI. The Resident Manager will have various duties relating to the management and maintenance of the property, including but not limited to:

Responsible for all day-to-day operations for property management including meeting occupancy/service/financial/compliance goals for Tax Credit development community.

Duties: Leasing and renewals, data entry in compliance software, lease enforcement, collection of rents, assist in creation and implementation of annual budgets, adhere to annual budget, compliance with governmental programs, oversight and leadership of support staff, advertising and PR work, maintaining positive relationships with residents and guests, resident retention activities, participation in and follow up for governmental inspections/audits, maintaining community and preventative maintenance, maintenance of curb appeal, communication with home office/local and state governmental officials, timely submission of reports, and emergency on call duties.
