MedAdventures is looking for a Nursing Clinical Educator to join our partner's full-time team in the Zanesville, OH area.

This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY

Key Responsibilities for the Clinical Educator:

• Serve in a leadership role for the organization, building and growing the nursing team and creating educational and professional development opportunities for staff
• Oversee a primary location, as well as two satellite campuses, with clinical oversight of nursing, labs, and medical assistants

Key Requirements for the Clinical Educator:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Pediatrics or NICU RN position
• Level II NICU experience preferred
• Experience recruiting, staffing, and or training and development of nursing team members
• Lactation experience is a bonus
• Current and valid RN license
• Nursing Degree

Compensation and Schedule for the Clinical Educator:

• Target salary is $75,000-$85,000 dependent on experience
• Comprehensive benefits plan
• 40-hour week, some on call (with additional incentives)
