Role: Registered Nurse

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible and accountable for the provision of direct patient care and for the delivery of quality nursing care to a culturally diverse veteran patient population. This position requires flexibility in schedule and assignments. Duties listed below but not limited to:

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients' and residents' health and implement plan of care in collaboration with the patient, family, and members of the care team
• Administers treatment, medications and IV solutions according to physician’s orders
• Observes and evaluates symptoms and reactions to treatment; initiates corrective action if needed
• Documents and maintains records and reports regarding nursing care provided

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus associate or BSN in nursing
• Valid Michigan RN license or able to get a MI endorsement
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and CPI certification (available through Hillsdale Hospital)

Pay: $28.00 - $36.00 per hour
