Job description

We are looking for an aide/mentor to work with 2 adults (27 years and 31 years old) who deal with seizures.

The priamry activity of the Aide/Mentor is to keep both adults safe and to take them to various activities. The siezues are under reasonable control and we will train/guide the aide on the neceerary steps needed in case of emergency.

The 2 adults live at 2 different lcoations and the aide will have to pick up one of the adult and drive them to the other location based on aschedule. After that, the aide will drive them to different daily activities and make sure to guide them as needed and be with them to help them gradually start gettign their skills back, woth moreexposure to every day living. We can discuss all of these reqirements in person.

When college starts, it is possible that the aide will have to drive the 27 year old from Ashburn to George Mason and guide her on some of the classes. She is a senior majoring in Film and Video studies, but has taken a break due to her seizures.

We are flexible as far as this being a full time or part time position. We can discuss various aspects of the job during our conversation. However, we can guarantee that the job will be fun and rewarding

Pay Rate will be mutually discussed.
