We are seeking qualified RNs to join our team of heroic nurses, helping to connect those in the community to health services they need! As an Assessment Nurse, you will make field assessment visits primarily throughout the Greater Syracuse or Utica areas and complete appropriate documentation to determine members’ enrollment, service needs, and continued plan eligibility. Occasional travel to Rochester, Buffalo, and/or Binghamton may be required, though all mileage is reimbursed!

This is a temporary role, requesting a minimum commitment through the end of August, with likely extension.

Assessments will be scheduled within your region, Monday through Friday, 8AM-5PM. Hourly rate $50-56.50/hour and ALL mileage is reimbursed.

A valid/current NYS RN License and NYS Driver’s License are required. Previous UAS or home care experience is highly preferred.
