Essential Functions

• Support sales and operations with producing and providing employee apparel, badges, prints, promotional items, and other marketing requests.
• Oversee the production and distribution of print and digital marketing materials by printing, cutting, folding, laminating, taping, and shipping. Provide top quality with all deliverables and ensure the most effective distribution is used.
• Manage all inventories and distribution of promotional materials, company apparel, and marketing supplies.
• Assist in customer gifting and recognition, including holiday appreciation.
• Work with vendors to produce and order marketing materials, promotional items, and apparel.
• Support sales with any marketing related needs including presentations, brochures, etc.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team in developing marketing messaging.
• Assist in the graphic design of new material and facilitate the delivery of requested material in a timely manner.
• Assist in written material including newsletter and blog creation.
• Organize mailing lists and email lists with an emphasis on accurate data.
• Provide daily support of tasks required by the marketing department.

Job Skills & Requirements

• Mac Office / Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Proficient in Writing
• Presentation Software: PowerPoint and Keynote
• Experience with design software a plus (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Precision in cutting, folding, organizing, and packaging marketing items.
• Excellent computer skills with the ability to work quickly and under pressure.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to proofread and edit.
• Ability to assist with designing marketing materials and creative production.
• Must be very organized, detail oriented, and self-motivated.
• Can manage time efficiently by working on projects that improve the functionality of the department.
• High degree of initiative and creativity with ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willing to learn new things and adapt to new situations.
• Punctual and dedicated to completing jobs in a timely manner.
• Good communication skills with a willingness to share ideas and contribute to a collaborative effort.
