A successful and growing Healthcare Management team is seeking a qualified Nurse practitioner to join their team in the Primary Care division. The candidate will provide high quality primary care to geriatric patients in a Long-Term Care facility in Seymour, TX. The candidate shall be passionate and eager to work with the population and have background LTC/geriatric care experience.
Schedule:
· Part-time
· 2 days per week
· 8-hour shifts
Requirements:
- Valid NP license in the state of PA.
- Board Certification
- Primary Care exp. preferred
- LTC experience- highly preferred
Compensation:
- Competitive salary ranging between $54,000-$63,000 annually!
