Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective clients
• Make recommendations/upsells on what would be a benefit to the client
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and client relationships
• Reach out to client leads and follow up on internet submission forms, Facebook, Instagram, and other marketing channels
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes
• Coordinate sales schedule with technicians
• Supply leadership with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities
• Keep abreast of best practices and trends

Experience:

• Proven experience in sales or a related field
• Familiarity with inventory control practices
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to upsell products effectively
• Experience in outside sales is a plus
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
