Med-Billing Solutions, Inc is Hiring a Remote RCM General Manager - Infusion Division

RCM General Manager - Infusion Division - will oversee client's RCM Processes including, but not limited to Billing, Collections, Posting and Patient Liason calls, conduct client AR reviews, manage and assist assigned client account liaisons and help to resolve any revenue cycle matters, included but not limited to submission, A/R follow up, denials, appeals, rejected claims, payment posting and any other billing related issues.

This position is a remote position and reports directly to the President. Our organization provides full-service medical billing services to all specialties on a nationwide basis

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for ensuring client satisfaction with our services
  • Coordinate the Revenue Cycle team and functions to ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Responsible for direct supervision of personnel, including orientation, ongoing coaching and annual evaluations.
  • Oversees the operations of the billing department, claim submissions, payment posting, accounts receivable follow-up and denial management.
  • Serves as the RCM expert for the EHR billing and revenue categorization and accounts receivables processes.
  • Works to insure seemless processes client's internal departments associated with RCM
  • Plans and manages staff workloads, proper insurance documentation, accounts receivables and collection, and data processing to ensure accurate balance and efficient account collections.
  • Reviews and assures resolution of issues related to claim generations, clean claim ratios, and rejected or denied billings.
  • Prepares and analyzes revenue cycle related reports and assures department is meeting or exceeding benchmark metrics and KPIs.
  • Preparing and presenting monthly executive level reviews to client(s) senior management
  • Audits current processes to monitor and improve efficiency of accounts receivables and collection operations.
  • Participates in the development and implementation of operating policies and procedures.
  • Assures HIPAA and other industry regulation standards as well as business office standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate on process improvement initiatives as needed.
  • As a working manager, is the backup to the billing staff.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Directly supervises employees associated with assigned RCM team. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

Responsibilities include:

  • Participates in interviewing, hiring, and training employees.
  • Planning, assigning, and directing work.
  • Rewarding and correcting employees.
  • Addressing complaints and resolving client problems.
  • Conduct personnel evaluations for employees supervised.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or health administration or related field or 5 years equivalent experience in related fields
  • 3 years experience in Infusion and/or Oncology RCM services.
  • 3 years billing Infusion and/or Oncology RCM services
  • 5 years’ experience working medical billing organization(s)
  • 5 years of revenue cycle management and/or collections experience in health services.
  • 2 years in managing $10M in monthly collections
  • Proficient in Excel/pivot tables and other MS 365 applications
  • In-depth understanding of claims processing, and payer contracts.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance, and medical billing processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
  • Work independently, take initiative, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented and organized and can gather information and solve claim problems quickly.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of medical records and other data.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
